I requested an end of renovation "deep" clean and got a standard clean. I paid £100 and 2 people stayed for 2 hours. I sent a video of the renovation when I was getting the quote which showed all the areas that I wanted a hand with. This included wiping down all windows and trims, all skirting boards etc. There was nothing deep about my clean (see photos). They even wiped AROUND some bowls that are on a shelf in my kitchen, they didn't touch kitchen window trims, wipe down kitchen fronts or even the splashback tiles behind my stove. It would have been OK if I had paid for a standard clean but I feel like I've been robbed and they couldn't wait to leave quick enough. I sent photos to Zahra but never received a response. Disappointed as I needed a regular cleaner to do all my rentals and the girls were friendly and made me feel comfortable, just not happy with the cost for what I got.
