    Excellent quality foods, drinks and vegetables on offer. Sell most of the branded merchandise plus their own brands which are excellent in quality and value. The Butchers counter is almost unique to Morrisons now that all the other supermarkets near us have closed theirs! Excellent quality steak cut to your specification and even more value than normal at the moment with their current Steak Saturday offer of 20% off. The Deli counter is also excellent and almost unique to Morrisons. The freshly sliced Gammon ham is very tasty and of excellent quality indeed. All the above makes us shop there regularly. An extra bonus is their More rewards card which can add up to a lot of money back with regular shopping. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and will go out of their way to guide you, which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable.

    Had trouble with my Morrisons app again on 23rd September about 1pm. Staff were great. Patient and understanding. Credit to your company. Got the card discount for me. Lovely staff. Shame your app is garbage.

    Thank you Ethan - you assisted me at the checkout, got me newspaper, removed an item that I decided not to buy,printed off a second receipt and input my newspaper voucher. You were very pleasant to me and other customers. Nothing was too much trouble. You alone deserve 5 stars.

    They’re selling the public old, mushy watermelons. When you cut them open they’re slightly brown, taste acidic and gone off. The consistency is mushy. They NEED TO INVESTIGATE the condition of their watermelons, since it has to be illegal for a super market to be doing this. This has happened to me on several different groceries I’ve purchased from here and the branch at netherfeild.

    Yet again Morrisons Gamston failed to make an impression. I waited over 10 minutes to get a loaf of bread sliced along with numerous others. I left not having seen any action in the bakery. No one knew where the assitant had gone. Most of the staff working there seem very disinterested. The odd smile would certainly make a difference.

    Were in store less then 5mins as me and my husband went to the fish counter. A staffs said to us : There are no more sale items of fish...etc left? We didn't even ask about this. Not a good way toward customers.

    Standard morrisons with all you'd expect from one. Decent layout, and ample parking. There are no checkouts open in the evenings and it's all self serve, which I don't like.

    The cafe offers a wide-ranging menu of quality food at competitive prices. We took advantage of ordering and paying at a screen before entering: this is a worthwhile initiative. However, you still need to queue for self-service hot drink from a machine that dispenses only one at a time; consequently, a delay is wholly dependent on the number of people ahead of you and how many drinks each needs to make. Our food took 20 minutes from order to delivery and, while tasty and amply portioned, the order was incomplete: a 3 extras ordered and paid for with the burger were missing. Had there not been such a delay before our food had been delivered, and the sole assistant being 'run off her feet', I would have complained; but another inevitable delay when you have a 2 year old with you was not worth the fuss. However, better checking of orders in the kitchen, and a roving manager checking on customer satisfaction would be beneficial.

    This Morrisons itself is great! Shop staff are friendly and always very helpful. The cafe however isn't very good, staff are very rude and the food is dry and cold because staff are slow taking the food to customers. I think they should prioritise serving food while it's hot, but instead they leave it on the side while they stand around and chat. On my last visit one rude member of staff Angela? I believe, couldn't figure out what number our table was, so blamed this on us and was moaning for aleast 3 minutes until I had to just say can you leave us to eat our food please... Then she continued to moan changing her mind and now blaming Morrisons management for changing the system around. I don't know who trained her, but she is definitely lacking in customer service skills. She then proceeded to complain and do the same thing with other customers, who didn't look impressed ..... I will not be returning to the cafe again
