   If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I visited this shop today and was greeted by an extremely rude man who immediately snapped at me, asking if I couldn’t read the sign. He even told me to take my glasses off so I could read it! Completely uncalled for and shockingly disrespectful. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

   Went to pick up parcel with ID, it was right there behind the counter but the guy wouldn’t give it to me. He wanted a code that didn’t exist, I showed him the fed ex delivery email and he still would not hand it over. Will never get package delivered there again

   Do not even try dropping yodel or in post off when old useless bloke is working as he always says not working machine broken but you can go in 15min later when woman on the counter and it's working. 6 time's he's done this to me in the last 2weeks yet 3 times the woman on I've gotten to send my parcel. And it's not just me he does it to almost everyone lately

   If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Unhelpful, rude people that run it. the staff behind the counter could not have been less bothered about selling anything or processing a parcel each time I've been in if they tried. The place is filthy and grotty, I'd avoid it at all costs.

   Yet again they refused my inpost drop off parcels, due to terminal not working, they don't when it'll be working again. I would say that this happens on average, twice a month. I've contacted Inpost customer services, they responded really quickly and seemed concerned that customers are being turned away.

   It’s just a normal corner shop, nothing special however it is not very good when they make you spend 3 pound minimum on card that is very off putting I would recommend it if it’s the last resort or something like that but over it’s just okay nothing amazing. It is slightly cramped when more than 2 or 3 of you are in the shop

   This store has two clerks; husband and wife! She is quite alright but he is so rude, he never answers your hello, never says thank you. first couple of times I thought he was mute but then realized he just has no manners! That poor wife!
