    Took myself along to speak with the instructors at the beginning of one of the box fit classes , found them very informative, knowledgeable and welcoming. Ended up staying and loosing five and a half stone (they’ll tell you themselves- exercise is only half the battle - food is important ) but with the degree of support and motivation you’ll receive, I really can’t see anyone not hitting their targets . Felt confident at 51 years old to take up kickboxing, lol yes , it’s been great fun , a good journey , the class itself is full of helpful people . Just incredibly thankful I made this decision to turn up - so turn up , what you waiting for ?
