I’ve been having my nails done at queen nails for 3 years now with no issues. However my last set fell off in just over a week, I thought it was a one off yet I got my nails done last week and all but two nails have fallen off. I attempted to contact the company directly but after 4 days with no response I don’t know what else to do
Hi, I just want to say that I’m very disappointed with my nails. I showed you a picture of what I wanted, but what I received was completely different and very poor quality. After applying the acrylic, you rudely said “finished” without even checking if it was okay. When I asked if this was really the final result, you and your colleague (who spoke Chinese) laughed at me, which was extremely disrespectful. I will never come back again. You seriously need to improve your quality, speak English properly with your customers, and most importantly, learn to be respectful. I will also attach the photo I showed you and the nails you gave me so others can see the difference.
Had an easy walk in experience and received incredible nails for a very fair price. The staff were very efficient and skilled.
A bit rushed but they show professionalism 10/10. The best and cheapest nail salon in Belfast. Will definitely be back ❤️
I recently got my nails done here. I went in for a set of acrylic nails and the boy who did my nails was brilliant. I have dermatillomania and obsessively pick at my fingertips and cuticles to the point of bleeding sometimes, so my fingers have a lot of small cuts and tears. The nail tech was fast and incredibly gentle with my hands throughout the whole experience. It was about £48 pound for my acrylics (I requested some nail art as well on 8 of my nails), but they've helped me stop picking at my fingers as much and are starting to help them heal, so for that, it's worth the price! It also matches the price of many other nail salons in Belfast. I would recommend Queen nails and Spa to anyone looking to get their nails done!
I’ve been using queens nails since they opened. I first went for handiness as i live around the corner but I stuck with them because they’re fantastic. I’ve never had nails last so long and they’re always done with such perfection. Very friendly staff that can’t do enough for you. I recommended my mum around 6 months ago and she now comes and gets gel overlay. Fab salon x

First class service. Love that you don’t have to book an appointment, as sometimes with work difficult to know when I’m going to be free. Nail technicians very attentive and nails always last for ages.
Excellent service! Came in with my family for a spa pedicure, we loved the experience. Reasonable prices. My acrylic is so good tho, always be my best salon i ever have
