Fantastic professional instruction. My family (10yo, 17, 44, 52) and I really feel part of a team of staff and students alike. Huge range of: silks, hammock, pole, lollipop, bungee, hoop, fly pole, flow, chair, heels and more! The best physical and mental health strategy going. Seriously addictive! Thank you!
This is the best place for anyone wanting to start pole fitness or for experienced polers. The instructors are amazing, so friendly and so supportive of anyone at any level. There are classes available for all levels and not just pole there's aerial arts too. You really feel like part of a family. I returned after a 2 year break and felt like I had never been away.
