I've just had my first bamboo back massage with Lisa. The room smelt gorgeous and gentle oriental music was playing to add to the ambience. My job means I suffer with aches and pains and more recently lower back pain . It is nice to try different massage styles and I will go for a full body next time ! After the oil is massaged on to your skin the canes are rolled along giving good coverage and a medium to firm pressure of all your back and neck. I was especially pleased that Lisa worked on the backs of my arms as I hold a lot of tension there. I came away feeling relaxed and my lower back feels stretched, supple and the twinge has definately eased off. Thank you Lisa. I really appreciate you fitting me in today x
