I came to the Travel Money kiosk today to exchange $100 to GBP and was served by an unpleasant woman named Deborah. We were waiting for a good 5 minutes and she never apologised or greeted us appropriately, instead she didn’t crack her face and was so abrupt, blunt and almost seemed annoyed that we were there which made me feel very uncomfortable seeing as this was the first time I was banking foreign money and I didn’t understand the exchange rate. She had a sarcastic tone to her voice, a foul demeanour, no politeness or manners and she was practically shouting at me which is the kind of poor customer service I’d never expect to get especially since I come to this Tesco regularly and have never seen anything like it, I don’t know how she thinks that’s acceptable to speak to a customer, me and my mum were appalled and didn’t know how to act as we were completely caught off guard which made it very awkward. She wasn’t friendly in the slightest and when I kindly asked if the amount she’d told me was correct as it was less than I expected, she was argumentative, rude and made me out to be an idiot which was highly embarrassing. I will be filing a complaint to Tesco as I left feeling very humiliated with this terrible exchange and disgusted by her awful attitude which was completely uncalled for. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this woman for any kind of assistance in this Tesco as she was horrid and needs some serious training in customer service.

Tody we called in for a few things and petrol. We enjoyed a bacon bap and a cuppa in the cafe. The lady serving was very pleasant and almost brought our order before we sat down. Always service with a smile. All staff we came in contact with were kind and helpful. Good offers and some lovely fresh produce. We enjoyed our visit, thank you

Really large tesco with a good selection of clothing. Seems to have most things although not my local store so took me a while to locate everything I needed.

I love Tesco. Always go and shop there. Most staff are polite and happy to help. Not always fully stocked though. Don't do some foods I like have to go to Iceland for them like Princes Stewed steak they only have their own brand, don't have Heinz man n cheese or spag bol but have their own brand. But otherwise a great shopping stop.

Went there yesterday with my dad who is waiting for a hip replacement and on crutches. We were waiting behind a customer who was next to be served and the checkout operator was due to finish her shift in 10 minutes. The checkout supervisor called Chris barged into my dad, slammed the gate shut in front of him, then turned to him and told him to "move his stuff" as the checkout was now closed, even though he had put it on the belt ready to be served. An appalling way to treat their customers, if you're at the store and Chris is working on the checkouts (he's mid / late 40's, slim, with glasses) then keep well clear of him as he's an absolute disgrace to the company and needs to be sacked. I'm currently waiting for a response from Tesco to my complaint I've made against him.

Reasonable choice of goods. Checkout was slow and not many open. Positive with carpark, if willing to do a bit of a walk, can park next to covered safe walk way.

My weekly shop here. Everything you need as well as the coffee. I love the scan and shop system it saves a lot of time when bagging and waiting in queues ADDITION This is an addition after sometime. I've been in the store today for my weekly shop, that was ok but waiting for a coffee for over 15 minutes is a travesty. The staff behind the counter need to organise themselves better or the senior staff need to install a coffee machine similar to Morrisons. After 15 minutes wasted time, I asked for my money back. While waiting for our coffee lots of people, who didn't sit, were being served there coffee for a quick get away. Orders should be served in the order they are paid for. For goodness sake coffee is coffee
