   13.12.3024 16.30 hours...I have just driven to opticians inside Morrisons in Gamston, West Bridgford to Nottingham and it was closed. I checked opening times on Google and it stated closing time of 17.30, I got there at 16.30 and shutters were down and all shut up. I called the phone number and I could hear the phone ringing inside shop behind shutters. I asked Morrisons staff if opticians had closed down and apparently not. Another customer arrived too and they were not happy either. Opening times outside shop clearly state opening hours. Closed 1 hour early with no sign on door, no answer phone when U call either. Very unprofessional. If I could rate 0 stars I would

   Took 14 days for them to refund my money for Varifocals which had clearly been set up incorrectly. They said I needed to get used to them but I could not read with them and had to close one eye to see distance! Have since been to another optician and guess what , I can read and see distance with them on . They should listen to their customers. Awful experience , never again .

   Danyal (the optician) is extremely friendly and knowledgeable in his field. The store is very professional and my glasses worked perfectly while looking extremely stylish - leave any optician you go to currently and go to the in-store opticians in Morrisons (you won't regret it!)

   Crooks posing as opticians. Took advantage of a ‘free’ eye test. Wouldn’t give me a copy of my prescription, used high pressure sales tactics and when I eventually found some glasses elsewhere, they wouldn’t send my prescription quoting ‘GDPR’ even though, I provided my full name, DOB, email and address. I know that this is not relevant in this case. They just don’t want to issue you with your prescription. Avoid at all costs. I will be reporting this company for misuse of the GDPR.

   with my particular high prescription I struggle to find solutions for contact lenses and glasses that fit well into my life and I can't thank shirin enough for the excellent service she provided after listening and understanding my problems. Definitely recommend to anyone needed to visit opticians for whatever reasons.

   Do not use - store advised I could return glasses if they were not right when I purchased them. Turns out they have a no refund policy - there are no notices up and they cannot provide copy of the policy - store won’t help and complaints email not interested neither - very misleading to the consumer. Strange tactics from the business response below which doesn’t address the review itself but instead tries to deflect away and discredit the reviewer - I need say no more!

   I had a free eye test at the weekend which was great! However when they quoted me for glasses, they said £200 for 'platinum' grade varifocals plus £150 for thinner lenses, plus £40 (halved to £20 if I bought the platinum varifocals!) for anti-reflective lenses. All that before the price of frames, £60+ or £150+ or £350 for top of range frames! £390 just for the lenses is a hideous price.
