   The shop is filthy (they just push the trays with milk back into a filthy cooling cabinet, the floor in front of the bakery section is rank). Some, not all, staff are not very pleasant which may be understandable because it is a difficult job and people can be rude, but the manager is very unprofessional. Fruit and veg are often not very good. They rely on the fact that many people cannot afford to shop elsewhere.

   Typical Lidl, not quite as modern as some of the other stores popping up. There's no self service machines, so occasionally you have to wait 5/10 minutes to get served. That's the only thing that discourages me when I'm in need of a couple of items is the wait time. There's good bakery items and a fresh orange machine in store. No customer toilets or ATM available.

   Amin, Dep Store Manager, was sooo helpful on Sunday. I was eager to buy a really excellent toaster at a great price. Unfortunately, all the stock had gone at the Beeston store but Amin contacted the Wollaton store and arranged with Jake there to put their last toaster aside for me. What wonderful service.
