Last minute haircut needed before going on holiday for 10 days - the ladies at Hair 26 were brilliant. Very friendly, knowledgeable, an excellent experience (wash, cut and blow dry). Would definitely go back!
Have requested a full head of highlights for my birthday and said I didn’t have much time giving the person (Penny) the exact date that I needed done for so she said she would call as soon as the 48 hours have gone to give time for the patch test to work and she will do a hair strand test in the mean time as well which meant she has cut a piece of my hair. Had to chase the salon for her, they advised she wasn’t in she’s already left and that they will get her to call me the day after. Nothing the day after again so I called myself again and finally spoke to Penny so she told me the strand test has been done so I can come in and have a look if I want but she was leaving in 15 minutes so she wasn’t going to be there which was no help to me. Very uninteresting and slightly annoyed tone of voice. Maybe I said something wrong or she didn’t want to do it but either way she should of at least said she’s got no availability and not lie to me and say they will call me ASAP and avoid me all week and try to palm me off….

Rang as my daughter used this place a few months ago and she loved her hair so on the off chance rang up, Got an appointment within the hour. A small hairdressers so not noisy or busy which is a massive thing as I can feel out of my comfort zone when too much is going on or struggling to hear the hairdresser. The hairdresser was so lovely and conversation flowed so easily there wasn’t any awkward small talk which is one of the things that do put me off going to the hairdressers. I got exactly what I asked for but it looks even better than I expected. Definitely my go to hairdressers now. Prices are incredibly cheap for the time and talent that goes into what they do. Wish I could put more than 5 stars!
They Always take their time to give an hollisitc hairdressing experience, and always go above and beyond with advice and fix ups. My auti was a complete different person sitting in her chair as she put him at ease and went at his pace. She listened to what he liked and didn't like with scissors or shaver etc and worked accordingly never once making him feel any different.

I saw Carol - what a lovely lady. She's so calm and extremely efficient. Carol sorted out my Bob which was a mess. I highly highly recommended Carol. She's such a perfectionist. I will definitely be going back there again! Thank you! Xx
