I don't understand why they have to be so rude you're making them money by buying from their shop and they just treat and talk to you like garbage.

Really great service, the assistant was helpful and even gave my daughter a free lollipop! Prices are reasonable and has wide variety of foods
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The cashier was unhelpful and rude, which made the process frustrating. Every time I tried to send a parcel through Yodel, I was told that ‘the system is down’ without any further explanation. This lack of communication and professionalism made it difficult to complete my task. Businesses offering delivery services should ensure their staff are trained to assist customers and provide clear information when issues arise
Several times I've had a parcel come here for click and collect and the shop claim it's not arrived. I would definitely avoid getting anything from this place. Staff are rude and really don't care at all. Places like these should close down and get something useful inplace for the community.

DO NOT USE THEIR CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE - THEY WILL RETURN YOUR PACKAGE FOR NO REASON THEN LIE TO YOU COSTING YOU MONEY. SHOP IS GRUBBY AND OWNER AND WIFE ARE HORRIBLE AND FULL OF THEMSELVES.
I am spending around £100 monthly buying from him instead of a bigger chain in the city centre. Today I went to his shop and when leaving I pocked an advertisement which pushed a bottle of wine that fell on the floor and broke. It wasn't really my fault however I offered and paid for it but what was unbelievable was the owner's attitude who was rude complaining that he has no one to clean it! And made us to take and throw the bottle in the bin outside the shop! Up until now I have been putting up with his horrible manners including watching tv when serving me or having his mother follow me around the shop when shopping to check what I am doing or if I am shutting the fridge doors properly but tonight was the last time I bought something from his shop!! Doesn't worth it
