Excellent store like all the other Co-ops around the UK, good selection of items, well lit, tidy and great staff.
Great staff, helpful! Alas the Co-op has decided to force customers to use self service by taking the staff off of the checkout. If this is the case I will have to use Lowdham where staff smile, interact as they serve you and make the process humanistic.
Another really poor visit bad experience mortified all self check outs full one staff member dealing with at least a que of five people tried to go through as quickly as possible but bought alcohol with a tag told i needed a receipt which if mentioned before wouldn’t of been an issue gave the lady some feedback politely to be argued with disappointing never been to a slower service more bothered about fiddling with random stuff ignoring the customer coop in my life the only reason i can see the place is viable is because it’s the only mini supermarket in the village
As I've said before, I'm a big fan of the co-op. This store has a beautiful car park with prominent bays for the vegan driver and good on them I say. For those of us with the strength to walk a few metres the normal bays are nicely proportioned. Watch out in the shop if you want a cream egg... the kids have been scratching into the foil like prehensile weasles checking for the white ones and a chance at winning ten big ones. Dirty devils.
