Cannot recommend enough. No matter the colour or cut, Cassie always works her magic and makes my hair look beautiful.
Lovely salon , clean and tidy with fab lighting! All of the staff are friendly. Holly has done my hair and other members of the family and we are always pleased with the results! Colouring knowledge is very high with good advice and suggestions offered . Finishing is such a high standard with time and care taken each time . Would definitely recommend .
I called up to book an appointment for a colour and was given a date. The person on the phone advised that I needed to give a deposit, to which I advised that I wouldn’t be able to at this time as I didnt have a card on me. She was eager to book me in so she asked me to wait whilst she went and confirmed with the hairdresser and then asked me ‘are you definitely going to come in?’ To which I responded that of course I would be. She then advised not to worry about the deposit on this occasion and booked me in. I went in for my app after booking holiday etc and they had no record of my booking, hadn’t given me the name of the stylist I was with, didn’t even know who would have answered the phone that day, didn’t even have a record of the patch test that I had done! They practically called me a liar and said that nobody would have taken my booking without a deposit and we’re not sympathetic of wasting my time. Simple stating that ‘nobody would have done that’. Perhaps have a chat with your phone staff and make sure that you know what they’re telling customers and that they’re properly trained. I’m so disappointed and feel as though the service and attitude was unapologetic and sassy.
I just want to say say how amazing this salon is, my beautiful fiancee went in to get her hair done Rebecca and had hair extensions and a cut. Claudia literally rolled out the red carpet for her, never seen my fiancee come back so so happy. Amazing customer service guys and what you do doesn't just affect the customer directly but the people who also love them and see the happiness in there face. Would never ever leave a review like this but it's well deserved ...thanks guys.jon
Cassie has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I have always been very pleased with the service she and her team provide. Cassie is an talented hair stylist and happy to go the extra mile to keep a pedantic customer (that would be me......) happy and glamorous!
I came to the salon for the first time with very damaged hair and Cassie has already made such a difference to the condition of it. From the first consultation it was clear how much she knows about blonde hair and her honesty in what we could achieve was really refreshing. I left my first visit with a lovely tone to my hair (not brassy as it was when I first arrived) and I feel I’m now finally on the road to getting my hair how I want it. I actually can’t wait to go back!
