It was my first time to order from this store and wasn't sure if I was going to get my online purchase all the way from Nottingham to London. I was desperate to get frozen banana leaves which are like gold dust this time of year so I just went ahead and bought on their website. I was so impressed to receive the items today still frozen! The level of detail and care they took to send the package really speaks for their excellent customer service and the products are very reasonably priced as well! We had a very bad experience after the first visit. We saw the online shop and it looked nice and so we visited. When we got home, checking the receipt, we found that we were charged more than the prices on the shelves on 4 items. We will never visit it again. More important than money it is a matter of trust.
Really enjoyed the selection. Several amazing instant ramen options, great assorted mushroom selection and got some gyozas which tasted amazing!
Fabulous grocery, huge selection and we found everything we wanted. Very friendly and helpful service. Great on site parking. Will be back!
I just give 1 star for Cho Viet, the products are ok, not enough what you want to buy but it's ok, the staff working there is very impolite, never said thank you or smiled to customers. Never shopping there again.
