Signed up for there loyalty programs weeks ago. Still not hear or get anything. Went to ask in the store and the worker lady just told me she didnt know about it. Annoying to give my details to the till each time. Won’t bother with it. I shop here a lot and selection is good but service not good.
Dirty and unorganized. ‘Fresh’ items are moldy and still on display. Picked up a gourd and it was rotten. There are better asian marts in nottingham. Shame because they have good collction of noodles.
Since my (chinese) wife passed away, Asiana is my "go to" place for all the things my daughter loves to always remember 'mommy's cooking'. Without it, she would have one less tie with her history which would not be what I want for her in life. Love this 'hidden gem'!
Very poor experience at the checkout today. I separated my items to pay, but the cashier almost ignored this and scanned them together anyway. I explained that I wanted three boxes of noodles that were already marked in the aisle, but instead I was told to physically take them from the pallet myself. When I did this, the staff made me feel like I was being rude to them, which was completely unnecessary. Another staff member even commented it was “no good for me and him,” making the situation worse. The cashier’s attitude came across as unfriendly and uninterested — not the kind of service customers should receive.
The market had an unpleasant smell. I managed to find a few things I wanted, though not everything. I was specifically searching for Mango Trend ice cream but couldn't find it. They did have something similar, which was alright.
Excellent selection, friendly staff. Wish there was a bit more in the produce section so it could be a one-stop-shop, but this store has so many things other stores don't it makes up for it!
Been coming here for years. Its changed over the years but always seems to improve. Staff are fantastically helpful and on multiple occasions have been able to point me in the right direction Great place to source things like Jack fruit and Coconut milk at much lower prices than supermarkets. I always really enjoy the frozen clearance freezer where I always try to pick up something new i've not tried before.
Such an interesting place foods, herbs spices from around the world.. Leaves me with so many questions on what and how to use these fascinating ingredients. Time to research and revisit.
A vast array of Asian foods and fresh fish. It is a bit pricey, but you get bulk items so doesn't work out too bad for individual pack prices. We also got a bamboo steamer for just under £6 which I thought was very reasonable. Will be going again.
Good supermarket, has a wide range of supplies. But they don't provide everything here. For a store this size it's good for what it is and the prices seem reasonable.
