   Amazing staff and exceptional customer service from the company and in particular Gavin. This was my first time using the company and I was very impressed by how easy it was to order and how quickly the product arrived. However, after a couple of uses I had an issue with the product. I reached out to Ray Grahams asking if the could help. They were amazing, replied to me immediately and offered a replacement. It was outstanding customer care throughout and I would highly recommend to everyone.

   Excellent company to deal with. Ordered firegrate- arrived promptly but had accidentally ordered incorrect size. Returned the parcel and was immediately refunded. Re-ordered and new parcel arrived within two days, well packaged both times. Excellent customer service. Will use this company again. Recommend.

   Great service from Graham's was let down by the Courier who took the full five days and loads of messing about to reach point of delivery. The Makita sander is very good to use. Dispatch was quick and we were kept informed of progress up to dispatch and given tracking number. Sander was great value, much much cheaper than any competitor for exact same model. We will use Ray Graham's again, for sure.
