Very convoluted way of doing things. No order number to trace what you bought. Guy in charge of the cones taking it a bit seriously and guy just pointed to my heavy wooden door. Not even asked would I like a hand. Stood and watched me.
Received great customer service ordered a large quantity of gravel, guy was v friendly and informative explained the process and asked if any specific requirements. Just overall fast , friendly service, highly recommend will use again.
Updated on Tuesday, 17th December 2024 I am very disappointed with an issue I have been trying to get sorted out for weeks now. Between new bathrooms and garden landscaping I have spent over £12,000 with this company. Three of the pvc decking boards we had fitted have cracked down the middle. I was asked to provide photos and was promised to get a reply once they had contacted the supplier. Despite visits to the store, telephone calls & emails the employee who promised to get back to me seems to be avoiding me. I've had enough so decided the only option left to me was to write this negative review. Thanks for taking the time to reply. I have had one missed call from Bangor Building Supplies. Not sure if this was MacBlairs or not? As regards Supreme Landscaping, I want them nowhere near my property. The garden is fenced off but always accessible. They just come up with excuse after excuse and don't seem to care. This problem has been going on for months now, and the only time your company has got in touch was when they received a bad review. I explained to your staff member that I had given up on Supreme Landscaping sorting the problem. As you stated the work and materials were ordered and carried out by Supreme Landscaping, but if you check your accounts, you will see that payment for all the materials was made directly from our account to MacBlairs Bangor.

Staff are friendly, prices reasonable but unfortunately there Is no telephone number listed on their Web page to be able to either ask prices or place a delivery order.
Haven't been in this building merchants for some time, but was pleased to recognise some staff who were still working here, and I wasn't disappointed, Richard on the plumbing counter was extremely helpful and I have no reservations recommending them.
A good selection of stock for all building projects, with competitive rates. The staff are friendly and helpful in all sales area's. I've recently bought two bathroom suites from them. The service helping me pick good quality at a price I could afford, including detailed plans was outstanding.
Was recommended to shop here but being a woman I price checked elsewhere first. Waste of time not only where these guys cheaper the level of customer service from the gate man the door man and Jack our advisor was impeccable. Got everything we need at a price we liked and delivered by Kevin who couldn't have been any more helpful. Thanks guys will be back soon. This was the Bangor shop x
