Honestly the WORST customer service today i wanted to pop in with a pram and i asked the man working to hold the door open for me and he refused and told me to come in backwards! Even before this incident i never liked goin in as he always rushes me and claims the shops closing whether its 12 in the afternoon or 5pm ! They also charge u on card for anything u buy which im pretty sure is illegal but im not 100% sure! Just ashame really as there is 1 member of staff whos lovely but the usual guy who works is terrible and after today ill never attempt to go in there again
