   Management at Ravenhill can be rather cheeky and unhelpful, bias shown to a certain type of customer. Other staff in general are very good. Product range is excellent. This particular store let down, company as a whole are generally very good with a wide range of products. Just don't expect too much help from this specific store.

   Might be bias, but the staff do work hard and do try to help as many customers as possible within their ability and within the restrictions of the business. But the sales Assistants and management will always try to give the best customer service they can, the only thing I might add is do your best to help them, e.g. Place orders on the app for collection and do your best to research and look up items/codes before heading to the store. It will make the experience much better for you and will give the staff the much needed assistance to create a speedy and efficient service.

   I want you to know how good the customer service is here, it’s fantastic!! This is surprising when I didn’t get part of my click and collect order but a good guy called Simon did all here could to try and help me, that is pretty rare when dealing with a large company like ScrewFix. I needed heaters for my site to help warm the place so the tiling adhesive would go off a bit faster so ordered the heaters but really it’s my own fault because I didn’t see that they would only be available from the 18th and if I wasn’t in such a hurry I’d saved myself some hassle BUT this member off staff was just helpful patient and doing his job well. From what I saw in the store all the staff were friendly and helpful, it was a great on a Monday morning to find good customer service!
