Absolutely horrible customer service I went in to get stuff we needed for a job and they refused me the sale because my apprentice was behind me in the queue. He had nothing to do with the sale and is of age but still refused me the only one making the purchase. The manager was very condescending when I had asked to speak with her as we now had to drive to the other side of town to another screwfix to get what we needed which was no problem at all but has now set us back on our job
