This is a large store in belfast, well laid out, easy to find what you want, helpful polite staff, plenty of parking, good quality items.
I shop early as I use a mobility scooter and am accompanied by my other half and usually our minature dashchund I am always made feel comfortable ask if I need any help the gentleman on the tills is so friendly asks if I need a wider till lane opened overall the staff are amazing and so accommodating well done B&M Boucher
Always have a pleasant shopping trip when we visit here. Plenty of stock and a huge range of different things. Tills never seem to be too busy when we have been there, unlike other b&m stores.
The staff member was on the tills around 3 fellow with long hair hanging around face needs to learn manners. Was in the line to be served just closed the till in front of me and slammed the closed sign down even though I had items in my hands
The manager, Andrew, is an outstanding addition to the team. He is incredibly friendly, approachable, and always goes above and beyond to assist both customers and staff. His helpful and positive attitude creates such a welcoming atmosphere in the store. A true asset to the team!
