   Appalling customer service. Phoned for a shower tray to be grunted at down the phone, phoned grandmother phoned the next day to order one to be told she won’t be sold it as she sounded unsure of what she wanted so I decided to call on Saturday (googled opening times which closed at 2pm) I called at 12.09 to be told the store closed at 12 and wouldn’t be sold the tray. Shocking customer service

   We have just experienced impatience at your trade counter. Ian was so unhelpful with my husband of 74 who was unsure of exactly what he needed. Unfortunately we will not return unless we feel like returning everything we bought. Disappointing.

   Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about Colwyn and the showroom in newtonards. Firstly, the staff are just outstanding in knowing their stuff and getting things done. Our shower was easy to see in the showroom and order, and being able to see the shower heads in action was very helpful. When we had an issue with ordering a wrong part, and again when a runner cracked, Colwyn had everything sorted within the day, even arranging a plumber to come and fix the shower that day. Just incredible! They also remember every customer and what they sold them. They were slightly more expensive than another showroom we looked at, but we trusted these guys more, and Im glad we did. It was 100 percent the right choice for great customer service even following the purchase.

   Fantastic customer service from Sandra Gallagher. Went to Beggs, after a long search, for a toilet seat. Sandra searched catalogue and warehouse, eventually locating a match. It was £36. She made me feel like I was spending a fortune. Thank you Sandra. Will definitely recommend Beggs and will be my first port of call when looking for bathroom ware.

   Have used this company for two separate bathrooms for myself and my parents within the last couple of months. Excellent company to deal with. Showroom is large and well laid out. I found it less pretentious than companies visited previously with good quality products at reasonable prices. I am not a plumber but have also used trade counter a couple of times in the past. Staff knowledge and service very good indeed.
