   Had a fantastic experience with Vicky Anderson. Punctual, easily accessible and very professional. Vicky helped educate myself in understanding what I needed in my will to protect my loved ones if anything was to ever happen. Vicky helped me understand the importance of a will, She also covered all areas, including scenarios I hadn’t even contemplated. I have an 11 week old baby and Vicky accommodated this by meeting with me at their sister branch in Stourbridge. Highly recommend Vicky for anyone looking to do a will!

   We had a nightmare sorting my mom's will after her passing. My parents took out mirror wills with Nine Minute Wills who instruct themselves as executors and would have costs us many thousands of pounds to execute. After an initatial consultation with Holly at Talbots Law Codsall I knew I could trust her to help us sort out the mess and she did! Holly has been absolultely brilliant, she listened, advised and work her magic to get the will renounced (with a fee but nowhere near as much as it could of been, be warned - do not use these so called cheap will making companies, they are scoundrals) Holly has looked after all my family with total compassion and we have found her to be honest and throughly professional. Would highly recommend Holly's services

   My mom and dad’s experience today was really informative. They had a meeting with Victoria Anderson in the Trusts and Estates team. Victoria is very knowledgeable and her understanding and patience with them was amazing. They asked me to make sure everyone knows that they would highly recommend Victoria and Talbots law, as nothing was too much trouble at all regardless of the endless questions and requests. Victoria went above and beyond the call of duty to help, and turned what could have been a daunting experience into a pleasant one.

   Talbots was recommended to me by Connells (Estate Agency). It was a disaster! Living in Germany and selling a property in England which finally collapsed (I withdrew) due to the unbelievable lack of service, support and advice from Talbots. The one hand didn’t know what the other was doing. I ended up doing the vast majority of the work myself and that from oversees! They asked for documents they had already received, they were not available on the phone and would not call back (apparently as being in Germany, although for other solicitors this is not an issue), I had a change of solicitor during the sale and she asked questions which had previously been answered, and new ones on top. A constant change of contact persons. In my personal opinion It really was a ludicrous situation.
