   NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Took my brother here for his haircut as he was visiting me. They have a chart board up but they charge according to their will. Don’t tell before hand, and it’s really misguiding. Charged me 12 quids for a beard trim! On which he did a lousy job leaving it longer on one side than the other. Highly not recommended!!!!

   I’ve never been to Plymouth before but I came up for a works trip away, I was in desperate need of a hair cut and was very worried about where to go until I found this gem! 10 minute walk from my hotel, 10/10 service and a 10/10 hair cut, if I ever come back to Plymouth, best believe I’ll be here again, 100% recommend.

   Well after 4 years of coming to the store I thought it was time I actually commented the staff are amazing well polite,kind,caring, and thoughtful stuff always feel refreshed and relaxed but not only that I have tried all members of staff and they all do a great job years ago I could only find one Barbara that could cut my hair the way that I like it but with this store I have three that may not be a big thing to some people but it was a massive thing for me their service is better than fade zone hands down so definitely recommend anyone and if you're not happy with your services just politely ask if there's anything that the staff can do to fix it it they would be more than happy to oblige to everyone thanks guys for a great service for the last 4 years keep up the fantastic work

   *points at picture* like that please After… That’s not what I asked? “Yes but it still looks good! Everybody is different” “But I asked for that though? This is different” Anyway… If you want a generic trim or anything other than the 3 haircuts they do, this is fine. If you want a fade or literally something like one of the pictures they have in the store…I would go elsewhere. Not coming back again.

   First time in this barbers today, best experience I have ever had at a hairdressers. Excellent service, did the full works. Very reasonably priced. The only barber I will be using from now on.
