I regularly buy paint and supplies from Painters Choice. They are helpful, knowledgable and always give loads of great professional advice plus they can suggest local trades people if required. Amanda is always friendly and welcoming. They managed to stay open all through lockdown and are a real asset to the Carryduff area.
Bought Leyland Floor Paint at a very good price. Delivery was a disaster and customer service is non existent. Delivery tracking details were promised to me but they never did get sent. No one bothers to follow anything up. I would have rated this company with no stars at all but gave it 2 purely on the price of the paint. WILL NOT BUY FROM THERE AGAIN !!!!!

Bought brushes online,no confirmation email,and after 5 days cancelled order as no items had come,then 5 days later(total 10 days,they posted soon as I cancelled)brushes came. Sent brushes back signed for and can see they signed for items 5 days ago and still no refund. Looks like I've lost £60 pounds plus my signed for postage costs. Will not use again.
I have been using Painters Choice for nearly 10 years now. Started using them when they opened in Ballynahinch and now use their Carryduff store all the time. What a team - dedicated to all things painting and decorating. I would not hesitate in recommending to anyone!
