   Fantastic shop with very knowledgeable staff, just a shame that most days it’s not open on time, says open at 9am and I post this at 9:15am outside the shop waiting for it to open as need liquid and often like to pick it up after dropping kids to school. Always seems to be the same staff member that opens late

   So helpful and knowledgeable. They have all the time in the world for you and are very happy to answer any questions. There's no hard sell and have everything to suit every budget. It's just good old fashioned great customer service. Obviously nowadays there are so many vape shops popping up especially in the Netherfield and Carlton area so we as customers are spoilt for choice however BV has been here the longest (nearly 15 Years) because they are the best at what they do. Keep up the great work Guys.
