Very busy firm but fantastic work ethic and communication. No needless phone calls, just updates when there's something to update. Gail looked after our sale and purchase, we had an original buyer pull out and were buying a rural property with complicated searches and we completed in a very reasonable timeframe. After using mag last year to sort probat and doing a great job we thought we would use them to sell a flat, Gail was in charge of the sale, after phoning the office to be told Gail will phone you back multiple times with no call back and emails not answered we decided to go to the office to be met with what you doing here and what you want, Telling them there not answering emails or ringing back when we call them, After this there was a flurry of email activity but updates were very slow and had to keep pushing to get things sorted, none of the family will be telling friends or family to use mag, Gave a feeling you were'nt important to them even though your paying for service.
