   My boyfriend and I were in the other day getting wee christmas decorations for our new house and we encountered a lovely member of staff called jessica, she was a very helpful girl and made my boyfriend and i feel very assured. i hope any time im in this store i will meet jessica again as she helped us find everything we needed whilst having a friendly conversation.

   Was in the other day and asked this girl, her name was Jessica for some help and advice and I got the rudest service from her. She was sitting throwing dirty looks at me and my husband, short and cheeky replies whenever we asked her for any help as if she was forced to be there. I would recommend for anyone who comes across her to stay as far away as possible unless they want that same exact treatment.

   What can i say about B&Q, Sprucefield. Visited the store today and while i enjoyed browsing round getting all my bits and pieces that I required, talking to various members of staff, I then had the unfortunate experience of a young man by the name of Darragh serving me on the till. Rude, obnoxious and down right ignorant is the only way I can describe him. Clearly didn't want to be there and made it very clear that he wasn't in any form to be serving the public....not everyone wants to use self service. Really think B&Q need to think about some retraining of customer services. The word "Please" and "Thank you" with a simple smile goes a long way

   Huge store with everything you could possibly need for your DIY. Large range of plants and outdoor accessories. Kitchen and bathroom department for new kitchen designs and ideas. No queues at the till and store was clean and tidy.

   Would have rated higher only for grumpy man on checkout. Anytime I'm in this store, he seems to be on checkout. He's not pleasant to deal with and can be rude. Please B&Q, give this man some customer service training.

   Large store that has a good garden range too. Helpful staff if you're lost but if you search the product online you can normally find the exact aisle location which is very handy

   We used their wood effect click vinyl to renovate our home. My partner installed it with no previous experience and said it was easy enough to work with. Shame the Lisburn store is the only one that stocks this as a 2 hour return journey wasn’t ideal

   As a mural artist I use a lot of emulsion paint and I do love the brand Valspar. So the Sprucefield store is my favourite place to shop. Both Jamie and Ann are so helpful and patient with me and my 15 testerpots at a time. They have excellent customer service. Mid week tends to be quieter. Word of warning 1Litre tubs of paint are terrible to close once opened. That's poor product design, not the stores fault. And also prices have increased but thats to be expected.
