   The ride was plesent, we hit a lot of traffic but the driver was professional and behaved just as you eouik expect a professional driver to act. He even turned the car round so I could get out n my side of the road not having to cross the road.

   My mother had an hospital appointment this pm , rang and booked a taxi a hour before she needed to go but had to chase it when it didn't turn up. The operator said he would try to he to get taxi out to her in 10mins. She was already stressed with hospital appointment and only just got there on time.

   We always use this taxi service drivers are always friendly and always get texts to say when they have arrived or a telephone call. Really like how u can put ur payment details on the booking on line and then it gets taken at the end of your journey, really easy.

   Unlike the other reviews I have seen my taxi tends to be punctual - I prebook when heading to the office, once every fortnight. The main problem is the main guy who comes 9/10 times is TOO punctual and never shows up on the time I requested, but always 10 minutes early. Leading to have to rush to get ready on time and getting to my destination way too early. It's super annoying. What's worse is some drivers do show up when asked and not before, so simply setting the pick up time 10 minutes later doesn't work - if the driver changes I would now be too late.
