Fantastic service too and from the the airport. Family of 5 and large vehicle provided with lots of space. Good price and driver Jed very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend.
100% best ever taxi service. I cannot recommend this company enough. I want to say a _huge_ thank you to the driver and office staff who arranged the trip. The driver (Jed) went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, diligent and made sure the journey went as smoothly as possible; even helping me when I arrived. In spite of there being a stressful situation, he approached it with kindness, patience and care which helped calm me down. Thank you again.

Booked my second cab with Zain at city cars. He said he would send the link but after chasing three times it didn’t come. He advised three hours later the cost would be double or he would cancel the booking. In my experience you can not trust this company. I have booked with an alternative which honours its bookings. He was extremely unprofessional.
Worst company I've ever used to date. Rude racist taxi man judged me from I got in the taxi talking to me like a piece of crap demanding the money off me so I called the office and had already gave the address price was given no problem but then 10 mins into the journey the taxi man pulls over talking about I have to pay more money. I asked him what for. All sorts of cock and bull excuses about I've given the wrong postcode which is incorrect the person at the taxi rank never asked for a postcode and now the taxi man tells me he ain't dropping me to my destination. I called the office don't know who I was speaking to but someone in the background was telling him to throw me out the taxi baring in mind I paid 18. They don't want to give me my money and they don't want to drop me to my destination. I end up calling the police who told the taxi man drop the customer to their destination what's the issuse. Anyway I won't ever use this taxi company again ever and I'll never recommend them horrible people. Plus taxi driver using his phone whilst I'm In here dangerous and disrespectful

Today I booked a taxi, call handler told me 15 minute wait, I called back after 25 minute's hanging waiting on pavement, further more when I called iftekar call handler for his name he questioned why I want name, they got me late for hospital. Further more call handler radio driver saying " customer " is swearing!! NEVER USE THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Booked a taxi in advance to go to and from a wedding venue. We got a call 30 mins beforehand to cancel both journeys.... This meant we had to nominate a designated driver rather than us all drinking. Awful service DO NOT USE!!!
We use City cars because we have a 93 year old, disabled mother. She has to use a wheelchair and can get into a taxi but it does take time. I have be fair, because City cars usually are ok, but on Sunday two weeks ago, we had an impatient, argumentative bad attitude driver in a black Mercedes’. He didn’t have any patience with the fact we have to get my mother and a wheelchair in the car, he moaned that we would damage his precious car, and he drove us home like a maniac. I did not feel safe at all. If he he doesn’t want his precious car damaged, why does he use it as a taxi? There is no need to take his aggressive behaviour out on us. I work in a shop, and If I talked to customers like he talked to us, I would be in trouble. I suggest to City cars to be careful who you employ as taxi drivers.
Absolute joke of a business. Said it will be 10 to 15 minutes max, waited 40 minutes for the cab to come. Called them 3 times and asked them nicely to be honest and how long it would take and got lied each time. They even had the cheek to get annoyed for asking for how long it's taking. Ended up missing a train which I would have easily got if they were being honest from the beginning about the arrival time.
