   My taxi was driving very dangerous last night he didn't seem to have a clue on how to drive, we were on the M54 and M6 and he was doing 30mph on 70mph roads, he then randomly stopped on the hard shoulder to change the satnav I had to tell him he needs to pick up speed, we had lorries overtaking us, we almost then collided into a car cuz he wasn't checking his mirrors, I was then directing him he then stopped at the end of a slip road joining the M6 this causes collisions, this wouldve killed us, keep in mind I'm a learner driver with a driving test coming up soon and drove on motorways before im telling a licensed driver how to drive, do better, motorways are basic to understand to never break, or go to slow this is how collisions and deaths happen.

   Polite Service by most of the Taxi drivers. i can never remeber Names but i certainly remember Faces.Im disabled an they Are Patient with me if i let them know.Just remember to Show understanding an Respect wen they help you an show kindness everyone has challenges in life that we know Nothing about .Dont exspect understanding Not everyone will but the Mark of a good human is when they try.:)

   I personally find the booking process when I call could be improved not all call handlers are friendly and offer customer satisfaction. Regarding the taxis and drivers they are excellent and Veezu Taxis prices are reasonable.

   Quick to answering the phone and Taxi arrived just 5 minutes or so after ordering. Lovely driver and well kept and clean car. Always use them and have used their predecessors ABC and countdown for years and neither have ever let me down. That's why I've kept the same number. Highly recommend.

   8 seater cab booked for 7.30pm. Hadnt arrived by 8.15pm after phone calls. We cancelled and 2 guests from the party we were going to picked us up. We had a cab booked and paid for to pick up at midnight. No sign by 12.15am so after more phone calls we finally got a cab at 12.40. They had offered us a refund to cancel but try getting a cab for 8 of you after midnight on a Saturday. The driver was brilliant and we attach no blame to him. Would not use the company again.

   Operators kept giving false times of taxis coming, 45 minutes later I cancelled. Kept saying 5 mins, Just be honest , don’t give false times, you’ll do a lot better . So in the end I cancelled. Won’t bother again.

   If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely DO NOT recommend this taxi service. What is the point in having a prebooking service when they don't turn up?! Pre-booked for 7.30am, 7.40 taxi still not turned up. Rang, said they were "round the corner" 15 mins later, no taxi still, so rang again, now another 8 mins. Then it changed to another 30 mins. Full of lame poor excuses each time I called. Should have read the previous reviews beforehand, maybe I wouldn't have been so surprised at how shocking their service is. If you need to be somewhere (which I'm presuming that's the whole intention of using a taxi) you'd get more chance of getting there on a unicorn than having NO-GO cars turning up.

   This morning I used 'Go Carz' and so glad I decided to go with them. A More pleasant experience with a taxi firm would be difficult to come by. Thank you Go Carz. An extremely pleasant and friendly driver would be difficult to come by. A very satisfied customer. Will definitely recommend this product.

   Bleh! I had the pleasure....nah the torture of using gocartz today, I'll give the driver credit he was 10 mins early, but FOR GOD SAKE BY SOME BLOODY DEODORANT! omg he stunk to high heaven, so much so I got him to drop me off before my drop off address and I walked the rest of the trip..... I feel sorry for the passenger who was next. Sadly had to use these as my car was off the road. I run a Private hire company myself and I would NEVER let a driver who smelt that bad come to work.... Utterly disgusting and in this day and age not on
