   Order a taxi to go the Hospital For important appointment with my mum and they would not come down the street even though there was a space,And the caller was very rude.

   Totally rude old man operator rang to cancel a taxis as no longer needed, thought I was a child he put the phone down twice when I rang back, In the end I thought sod it just let the taxi come and nobody goes to it, So unprofessional of a company!!!!!!!!

   17/10/25 @15.45 hrs. Called to request a mini bus, operator responded no mini buses and promptly cancelled the call. Whoever is in charge of receiving the calls on this particular day, should speak to the call handler, and refer training in HOW TO DEAL WITH MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC. Will not use Beacon again.

   Ordered a taxi at around 11:10p.m. and was tolit would arrive in 20 minutes. 30 mins later I rang again as taxi had not arrived, only to be told "you were told, there is no taxi for you tonight!". I had to make alternative arrangements. Very dissatisfied, will not use Beacon Taxis again- there are much better firms elsewhere!!!!

   We recently used Beacon for an airport drop off and return. Driver very respectful. Loaded our cases for us, and a disabled child's pushchair. Got us to airport in plenty of time even knowing where road works were. The poor fella had to wait 2 hours on way home as we were delayed in Spain and also usual mess up at Birmingham airport. Got us home safely through rush hour and even dropped my daughter and children off the other part of our road. I always use Beacon. Drivers are friendly and polite. Thankyou to Lal, we will be using Beacon for our break away in September

   Used this company heaps in the past, so I had a degree of trust with them. However trying to organise a taxi for my son to get a coach transfer, they informed me in writing that the booking had been made, however when my son luckily rang to check, they had no record of the booking and furthermore when I called to ask what happened they asked if I had done it correctly. I replied yes, and requested someone contact me using the original message and booking request to inform me about what went wrong. I was assured someone would contact me, that was Tuesday last week...still waiting...at least they got a taxi to my son after he rang.

   Awful. Absolutely avoid, I know other companies can be a bit more expensive but it's worth it to avoid the abuse. Driver accused me of breaking his already broken door handle, then hurled a bunch of abuse at me outside the hospital and said he hoped my baby was sick. I'm sure this is the same driver that I had last year, funnily enough also too the hospital, that tried to charge me to much and get me to pay his personal account when my card payment initially failed due to the changes in banking security. Kept snatching my phone out of my hand to put in his payment info into my bank, really intimidating when you're pregnant and have an unwell child in the car too.

   I usually get good service from beacon but this driver . He has glasses black hair and his cab can fit around 6 people in there and its a cream colour inside. Ive had him many times and hes always so rude , my autistic sister asked to sit in the front as she doesnt feel safe sitting near other people then he screamed at her to go to the back. Other times he blasts music in his car so loud it hurts my ears and drivers recklessly and charges us extra.

   Booked a taxi for it to just not turn up, when I called and waited to speak to an operator there was no answer. Caused me to miss my train and run very late for an important job. Won't be relying on them again.
