Book for 5 nd i get text at 4:58 saying been dispatched so i got onto tracker and he decides to go 3mile the other way is now 10past 5 still no taxi and i am late for work... very un reliable..
Why tell me 10 mins when I'm still waiting after 15 mins. We order lots of taxis not just for me but the pub I work in. I foned to complain and u put the fone down!! Bsd service!!
Taxi never came after texting to say it was 1 min away, waited a further 20 mins before I called to cancel!! Used them earlier on in the night and wanted to charge me a lot more then the what I would normally pay for a 2 min drive! Don't use taxis often, but always used link up when I've needed..Will not be using again!
SInce linkup have merged with 24/7 cars it has gone downhill. Taxis are never on time, even if booked. 24/7 cars are also thieves so make sure all your belongings are on you at all times. I know this as I have had two phones stolen from me and they said they had already done another job and he haven't even got of my street, thieving scum!!! Link up we want you back!
