   Not happy. 89 year old Dad left his mobile in the taxi. Even though he reported it minutes after being dropped off and the driver was informed, he had to go through an agonising phone call to be told he was misinformed and the driver was not on line. Finally got the phone back after my intervention and a very nice lady on reception. Charged £8.40 for the return although grateful, it was steep and almost twice the cost of his original fare. If there was a real place, I could have picked the phone up from their office and saved 3 hours of nonsense. Please take care of your elders regarding their taxi rides. That mobile they carry us sometimes their only lifeline and we need drivers that can appreciate that. Thank you reception lady but I have now moved my Dad to Uber.

   We booked a cab and they said they would send a link to pay. Never sent the link. I called up to say link never came and the woman on the phone said I could just pay in cab. Pick up time came and went they didn’t show up and I was told it was cancelled as we didn’t pre pay. Called up asking to send the pre payment link for a new ride and the guy said he did… it didn’t come through. Only when he got his colleague to send it did both links for both cabs come through. He basically called me a liar and she obviously had no idea what was going on. Now we have missed our train. Do not use this service.

   Booked two taxis online from our hotel to the Halls in Wolverhampton. Taxis arrived on time, clean cars friendly drivers. Text message to say cars despatched and when the are arriving which was very helpful it told you the type of car and the registration. Excellent service.

   Had asked if I could pay by card to driver was told that was OK. Driver says does not take cards. Tried to pay through link. Link didnt work. Gave cash. Asked for receipt. Driver said I should have said that before. I had told the company. It is standard procedure. I was told I was shouting when I was clearly not. He said I banged the door of his car which I did not definitely. Basically quire rude driver.

   Yet again precooked a taxi had to pay upfront didn't turn up and when I rang to ask where it was, as I had an appointment, was told I didn't tell them that, but at the end of the day i had prebooked the taxi so that shouldn't have even mattered, so cancelled both pickups and am still waiting for my money back. Would not recommend and also two weeks before charged me 7.20 now went up to 10. They seem to charge whatever they want.

   I had one of ABC drivers pick me up today, and I must confess he Is the best driver I have had in my life time. I am 40years and I have never seen any driver like him before. I would recommend he be given the best recognition possible because he blew not only my mind but the mind of my daughter who is 7years...She said and I quote "Dad he is the best driver ever"...

   Outstanding service, my parents are elderly and needed a car to take them to west park hospital, the car was booked for 14.00 and turned up bang on the dot. The driver Christian is a credit to the ABC team, nothing was too much trouble for him, he could see my parents were elderly and not very mobile, he opened the doors for them and ensured that my Dad got into the car and Hospital safely, Christian also done the return trip and again was very helpful and caring. Special thanks to Christian and the ABC team for making my Parents journey a pleasant one as their not used to using taxi\private hire cars. Thank You.

   Most taxis are great, sometimes u get the odd driver who doesn’t know where he’s going or is absolutely disrespectful. However most experiences were great. One thing I did notice is that the operators or people who organize the taxis lack respect for the drivers themselves. Maybe because a lot of them are foreign, but let ask on their behalf please be kinder and more respectful, they are the bone of the business and good people.
