   I've recently been using Alpha a lot for trips to the hospital to see a relative. They've been very reliable, friendly and helpful with my elderly parents who sometimes need a little extra help into and out of their cars. On my last trip with Alpha, I accidentally left my mobile phone in the car. I was worried I wouldn't get it back but my driver (Kal) made sure he got the phone back to me. Fantastic service. Thank you so much!

   I recently moved home and managed to leave keys for my flat at the storage facility. I went in a taxi to pick it up, but it was locked and pin did not work, the driver would not wait 30 seconds for me to look for the card with the pin number and told me to have a nice evening when he dropped me off. He wanted pay half way through the journey. Unprofessional and rude.

   I recently used Alpha Cars services and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The driver assigned to my ride displayed concerning behavior throughout the journey. Not only did he consistently fail to use turn signals, but he also prompted honks from other drivers due to his erratic driving. What's more alarming is that he proceeded to eat a full meal using a fork while behind the wheel, demonstrating a blatant disregard for safety and professionalism. Such reckless behavior reflects poorly on the company's standards and raises serious concerns about passenger safety.

   Don’t waste your time with this sad excuse for a taxi firm, booked well in advance, never arrived on time that I booked for & when I called them, I’m told 10-15 mins wait, wasn’t the first time this has happened but will definitely be the last ( absolutely useless).

   Alpha cars were the only taxi firm that agreed to pick me up from m6 Hilton services back to my car broken down on the motorway at 1.30am (long story). I must have tried at least 12 companies who either didn't answer, hung up on me or refused to accept the trip. Ali who picked me up was so helpful and patient especially when I realised I hadn't got any cash for the fare! It was all sorted and I'm very grateful to him. Thank you again.

   (Using my partners account as I do not have one but need to get the word out about this absolutely disgraceful taxi rank and the service they offer.) Ladies please avoid at all costs. Pre booked a taxi last night to be left standing alone and told they are not coming for at least an hour as have no cars in area. I explained I pre booked the night before and was waiting on the side of the A5 with my disabled step son. The man from Alpha was so rude and arrogant showed no understanding whatsoever and quite clearly didn’t care at all. He upset me with what he said and I was left in tears. Left to catch 3 buses home with my Son. Cannot believe the service they give to their customers. They quite clearly want the business that only suits them. Please avoid to prevent other women being treated the same.

   Been using these for a while now but after today won't be using again booked a taxi it came 15 minutes early just as I got to door he said I'm going I called I said u are 15 minutes early I had my habds full so couldn't answer so he said book another taxi call the base to complain well he's self employee its OK notice not I've got to get to the school I was there if u come early u should wait late for school now
