Used the online booking system for a taxi to coach station, brilliant service, arrived on time, driver helped with luggage. Will use again.
Booked for a trip to Manchester airport. Taxi arrived bang on time and delivered us smoothly to the destination in an S class Mercedes. The driver was dressed impeccably and was very good company on the trip. Would definitely use them again.
Booked a trip to LHR Airport, taxi arrived ahead of time, very clean car, very polite driver. We had a great and balanced discussion about UK politics and the upcoming general election. Thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. The free drinks was the icing on the cake. All in all I had a fab and relaxing time on my way down to London. Will definitely use Central Executive again!
I have booked taxi at 5pm to come to my workplace at 7pm and pick me up. I believed they come on time because I have phoned earlier and I had a thing to do at 7.15pm. 5 minutes past 7 I have phoned them again. Lady on the phone was polite so this is the only plus but I was promised to see the taxi in next 5 minutes, text came after 18 minutes 7.23pm and the journey took me nearly 20 minutes when it usually takes 10-15 minutes. There was not traffic etc. Also I have been charged 10 pounds, where other companies comes faster, on time and still charge less. Never use again!!!
Poor service. Cab 629 turned up sat there whilst I put my bags in the dirty covered in crap boot and then got in a dirty car, had to sit in the front as that was the cleanest part of the car and then got out at the train station and yet again had to get my own bags out and the Rims of the car doors and boot was covered in thick dirt ! Just like a bad oven that has been cleaned ! Ask for a clean car as we have had several issues with these guys so will not be using them again
My partner was stuck because the buses stopped running and was very late for work. After company's either didn't answer the phones or said they couldn't make it our for another hour. These guys got to him super quick and made sure he got to work as quickly as possible. Fantastic driver and fantastic service, thank you so much.
