   Drivers are very polite & always see fare on meter Edit 29/08- What have you done to the phone lines? Been using Yellow cars since I moved here in 2016 and never had an issue. Lately when I've rang you have taken ages to answer the phone and I struggle to understand what is being said and vice versa. Can you put the lovely lady (J) and man back on the phones please will be so much easier. Two times since this review i have tried to book a taxi and both times the call has gone unanswered. Won't be using again, switching to another local company which hasn't transferred its phonelines abroad. Thanks alot Yellow Taxis, so much for customer service.

   Worst taxi service Left me and my daughter stranded late at night They couldn't care less Phoned a reliable taxi and got it cheaper DO NOT USE THESE TAXI'S

   Booked taxi at 10pm last night for me and my disabled pensioner mum. We had to wait on the road because the venue had closed. I was told 15 minutes,. 20 minutes later I was told another 10 minutes. 15 minutes after that I was told just round the corner. Straight away got call from the driver saying definitely 15 mins as he had only just got the job. I cancelled and called A1 express , they arrived in 8 minutes. Yellow cars were aware my mum was disabled and 84 outside on the road at that time of night. This company has lost my service in future.

   We booked for two airport drop off and week later collection from Luton Airport. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional and considerate to our needs. We were also able to pay by ApplePay which was a convenient bonus too. Would 100% recommend.

   Absolutely shocking just lately waiting for a taxi nearly an hour kept ringing and saying 5 mins away then told driver as picked up wrong passengers even though taxi as not been there joke

   Tried to book a taxi yesterday from my friends and they had told me I'm band! Which i was a little confused as I have not caught a taxi in about 10 years as I drive! The woman I spoke to was so rude and hung up! I advise anybody not use this form

   Booked a large taxi for my son and 7 friends to to to Go Ape at Cannock Chase. The driver was on time and very professional and got them there in good time. He was on time for the return trip too and I would highly recommend them. Great value too. Thank you for taking care of my son.
