   The cab was despatched a minute after the arrival time agreed .I waited 20 minutes in the rain. With two big bags. Apparently the driver couldn't locate me. The taxi was not there. I lost my appointment. When the taxi arrives we get a call and a message every time. Nothing. So it clearly was a lie. Kept calling to ask, no answer. To say incompetent is an understatement. If there was a mines five that s how I would rate them

   If you do not want to get to your destination on time this is who to choose. Booked taxi for Wednesday paid for two 90 year olds to go to hospital. 20 minutes late. Stressed elderly people left waiting! Unbelievably same happened on Sunday for another medical appointment. 20 minutes late. This was AFTER we had phoned before to make sure they would arrive on time. In both cases the taxi had NOT even been dispatched at the time it was meant to arrive!! Useless.

   Called for a taxi was left waiting over 45mins before I cancelled it,I called back after 20mins and was told delay was because of my French bulldog needing a dog friendly taxi (journey was to return from vet appointment) but wasn’t told this at point of ordering taxi! Very disappointed and won’t use again sadly.

   Dreadful service. Pre booked a taxi 90 minutes in advance for a specific time. Taxi never turned up, spoke to the office 3 times, was lied to on multiple occasions saying a driver was on his way to me. Awful! Avoid! Will always use Uber from now on

   Wolverhampton branch treated us like dirt today, rang for taxi and it was booked historically that means I expect a taxi, a few minutes late and when I enquired it wasnt the usual oh its on its way its running late something I can expect but when I am told by a rude lady on the other end THIS IS HOW WE DO BUSINESS WE SEND OUT OUR JOBS TO INDEPENDENT DRIVERS WHO BID ON JOBS AND WE GIVE IT TO THEM mid way through this farce was conveniently given a your taxi is in a busy area (not busy in wombroune) and will be late this came after I was told my mother who is partially sighted will have to wait an hour by the rude woman even when I stressed the importance of having someone with a disability all this woman could say is we are a successful business to which I point out trip advisor says 1 and a half star says otherwise and 3 name changes clearly means something had to change, I feel bad for the drivers earning a living especially when I was rung by one ten minutes later explaining he could be ten minutes away and had to decline as I had to get my mother on a bus and escort her home safely, my knowledge and history of taxis has been book it it turns up all of sudden this has changed, since when? Disgusting service and I thought 247 cars was bad!

   I used to use this company quite frequently. But I tend only to use in emergencies which is very rare. In 2021 the fare was increased twice, only just recently they have increased the fare again. It has already been said that a lot of customers I’ve deleted the go-Carz app as they are getting very expensive. At times I have found a Uber to be a little bit cheaper. Also standards have dropped within Go Carz drivers. Some of the cars are filthy, and their attitudes. Sometimes it’s hard getting through to the operators because there was an incident where I left my mobile phone in the back of the cab and it took me half an hour to get through to the operator In that half an hour my mobile phone could’ve been taken by the next customer that the driver picked up.

   Waited one hour for the taxi and ended up having to call another company who came within 10min. I called at 18.55 and at 19.00 I got a call that the taxi driver was outside and I called the driver back and he didn’t pick up. Called the base and they kept hanging up on me. After multiple attempts to get in touch with the base, who pretended they could not hear me. At 19.25 I finally spoke to someone who was slightly sensible and she told me that she’d put me in the priority list and that a taxi would come in 10 minutes. I called again at 19.40 and while I was explaining my frustration the person, she hung up on me!!! I got so angry! It’s a cold winters day and on the day my car is at the mechanics and I have to rely on a taxi service I’m paying for, they don’t even deliver. At 19.55 I still had not been picked up by a go Carz driver. After a whole hour!!! I normally never reviews anywhere whether my experience was bad or not. But this goes against everything a taxi company is meant to do as a business. I will never use this company again and I don’t think anyone else should.

   Booked my taxi with plenty of time (a few days before) I needed it. Arrived where I needed to be collected and no sign of my car, tried to speak with another of their drivers who confirmed there was no booking showing on his screen for me and advised to call. Called the main number of course no one answers but soon has you hang up you get an apology text saying to use their app- you mean the app that doesn’t work well? After waiting 15 mins with no sign of driver or updated I cancelled it and got an Uber which if your reading this I’d recommend as it be a whole lot quicker
