   Called this company as their number was displayed at Halfpenny green winery. One drop to Quarry Bank, one drop to Brierley Hill. Driver had no clue where he was going and in the end I had to direct him. 40 minutes later we got home and charged £25. Absolute rip off!

   Called for a taxi this evening at 11.10 and told 15 mins, rang them at 11.40 to find out where it was. Told a problem , as a car called by someone after us turned up, told it would come back for us in another 15 minutes. If you can’t do the time tell me. You got a problem ring me you’ve got my number, don’t lie to a 67 year old and keep me in the cold for half an hour, when I’m one of the few to ring you on a regular basis throughout the pandemic and keep you going Absolutely disgusted with the way you’ve treated me tonight

   Booked a taxi to pick us up after a wedding. Requested with over 24hrs notice. Taxi did not turn up. When calling them was told “we’re fully booked” when I pointed out I had booked, there was “poor signal” despite me hearing clearly and then they hung up. Then would not answer my calls when I called back. Ended up stranded at gone midnight

   Absolute joke of a company .. used them last night to collect us from a wedding and take us to where we were staying 8 minutes away!! The male driver had no idea where he was going ignored us when we spoke to him made phone calls on loud speaker over us! no Visible meter in the taxi .. when asked how much he hesitated and said £15 ... In shock we told him that it was ridiculous and he had just made it up.. not understanding a word we were saying he kept saying £15 .. on that note we told him to cancel our taxi for the morning gave him the money and went, after telling the pub where we were staying how much we had paid for a 8 minute journey she said it was a joke and shouldn’t have cost that much .. so overall no we will never use this company again ever .....
