Superb service! Collected our inbound ex Australia passenger with a duff phone from BHX safely and professionally. Full Marks to Parkway and Wendy the driver. Return to BHX was equally excellent. Wendy waited patiently whilst we said our teary Goodbyes. Recommended to all as a 'caring' company.
Had a booking for an airport transfer to pick me and my family up from Birmingham airport, no car turned up, rang the office and was told to wait for the driver to ring me, driver rang me 15 mins later and told me he was about 60mins away, told him not to bother coming and i had to find a taxi at the airport. Later complained to the office and had no reply. The owner claims I have the wrong company, what a joke.
Cracking service from Wendy on our Birmingham airport trip, both going and coming back. She arrived bang on for our 3am start on the outward flight and was ready and waiting when we arrived back. Friendly, helpful and a decent price. We'll definitely use them again.
Rachel has always looked after us on our airport transfers. Always on time, very informative and was great when we were delayed on our return flight. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service by Rachel today she went above and beyond in the service see gave. My uncle who is in ill health was due back into Heathrow today but had some very sad news whilst on holiday so Rachel let me travel down with her to go and pick him up I can’t say how much this has helped thank you again for all your help
We booked Parkway Cars, Perton, for a return journey too Weymouth 17th Sept, Rachel collected us at 10am as arranged, we had two comfort stops en-route & arrived stress free. Rachel collected us at 10am on 24th Sept on the dot. Rachel & Wendy her colleague handled our luggage for both journeys. the car was clean & fresh smelling, Rachel is a marvelous driver, we had chat & banter but strict attention too driving at all times.
