   I didn’t even want to put one star! I booked a taxi when I booked my holiday back in March. I contacted the company again 12 days before the holiday with the altered, but confirmed time that we needed picking up to get us to Hilton Park Services for a pick up by a coach company. I rang again two days before we were due to leave to confirm that they definitely had us booked in, yes, all fine. Come the day of pick up - NO TAXI. We had half an hour to make it to the services. I had to phone the office and it didn’t sound like they had a clue we were booked in. We got there in the end. But the wasn’t the end. I had also given them the time we needed picking up, again from the Services, I phoned whilst on the coach to let them know we were probably going to be half an hour late (not bad I thought after coming all the way from Southampton) only to be told he now wouldn’t be able to pick us up at that time but maybe we’d like to wait until 3 p.m. (With two 8 year olds!!!!). Thankfully there are some reliable company’s out there and there was a very kind, punctual driver from another company waiting for us as we got off the coach.

   I've used Caspers twice to transport family and friends to a sporting event in Birmingham. Minibus was luxurious both times and picked up and dropped off on time. Faultless service!

   Booked a journey from Penkridge train station to Weston Park house, and the return journey, for a business meeting in September 2023. Call operator was very friendly and helpful, advising exactly when the car would arrive – and they were to the minute on the outward journey, even after I changed the pick-up point to the local Costa! While traffic on the A5 made the return journey pickup a little later than planned, I got a call from the driver to update me, and I still made my train home. The drivers were polite and friendly, and the cars were clean and tidy. The price was about what I'd expect from other areas for a similar distance. Would highly recommend and I will definitely use Casper Cars again for my next meeting.

   I had excellent service yesterday from Casper cars. I pre-booked a taxi from the train station and it arrived as I left the train. Very reliable company, also a polite and friendly driver. I will definitely use this firm again, highly recommend to others.

   Awful taxi service rude driver Pre booked taxi, taxi was there at station when I told the driver my name he said no and eventually drove off so I thought must be a different car. As the taxi was then a good 10-15 mins late I called to see if it was on the way. Number constantly goes through to voicemail but eventually got through. The lady said she’d check. The same driver then turns up muttering and moaning that it was our taxi after all and he’d waited for ages. Well maybe if you’d have responded when I said my name (name of booker). He continued to constantly moan and be extremely rude to us even though we had a a child with us. Never use these cowboys again

   My husband Clive and I have lived in the Village of Penkridge for 16 years as married couple and have quite happily used Casper Cars from daily trips to London to local trips around the village; and we LOVE THEM!!!! They provide a professional and personal service that is second to none. While you are in their care, every detail is considered; punctuality friendliness and professionalism. I have grown to love "Big Mo, Little Mo, Ace and Steve. I just know you will too.

   First time using this firm and have to say they are excellent. Polite and punctual even though we are hard to find where we live. I forgot to ask the driver for a receipt but they sorted very quickly (even though emails were going to spam). Would recommend.
