Fantastic service from initial enquiry to pick up. Pick up was punctual and we were provided with mobile number of driver and driver rang us when he collected us to tell us exactly where he was. Price to East Midlands Airport was very competitive as well. Highly recommend.
Will definitely use Amber in the future for airport transfers (and possibly other things). Very responsive to our initial enquiry (unlike some others) and reasonably priced, for an airport transfer from Cannock to Birmingham Airport for a family of four (2xA, 2XC). People carrier was tidy and very comfortable - PLUS the different drivers on both a busy outgoing journey (Sat PM -afternoon) and early pickup (Sun AM - early) to Birmingham Airport were pleasant, friendly and professional. Made sure the children were safe and comfortable in the vehicle, and got us there in good time. Only one very-slight niggle ........ communication could be better in the weeks/days running up to an airport transfer to reassure to passenger(s) of the booking. As my wife was worried they would forget ...... but they didnt, and it was no problem for them with her checking beforehand.
