Don't bother booking taxis in advance, they don't book them apparently. When they are very late, you call them to find out where they are, and you're met with the most rudest staff ever! They can't handle the call (they can't see a booking!) and put the phone down. Useless and rude base staff.
AE19YZL rudest driver going no communication even when he was 31 minutes late on his headphones the whole time. And the first taxi we booked was basically 20 minutes late beyond a joke worst taxi company I've witnessed

Disgusting service!! Was told we would have a cab within 20 minutes! 50 minutes later and still no taxi!! And the woman on reception had a disgusting attitude!! No wonder uber is taking over!!
When we visit my Mother in Wolverhampton we always use this taxi service and have done for several years . We have always had excellent service . When we visit England again we will definitely use this taxi service . Many thanks .
NEVER EVER USE Wednesfield Radio Cars. As a blind woman I have never been made to feel so helpless and humiliated. Although we agreed the journey, driver asked me to get out before the destination in an unknown place on a foggy day where I was completely disorientated. I said I don’t know where I am. Driver said “I don’t care you need to get out”. He repeatedly shouted abuse and humiliated me to get out until my friend could arrive to help me. I was physically shaking from the abuse. I have never experienced such callous behaviour from anyone. I would definitely not recommend this firm to anyone and especially not anyone who needs assistance. This driver and Wednesfield Radio Cars should both have their licenses revoked. They do not care about their customers. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
Booked a cab night before for 8am didnt appear, when called they said no booking had been made, sent a cab but took over 20mins to come! I will use uber next time so not late for work!
Rude!!! They are so rude when booking a taxi, have no manners at all. Taxis are never dispatched on time, they are always 10/15 minutes late. When you call to find out were your taxi is they it will be 10 minutes away even though they said that 10 minutes ago and pre booked the taxi. They need to learn some customer service skills.
Do not use this form!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE booked a taxi as I was on the train from Birmingham to Wolverhampton!.. was told it was going to 30mins as they are busy! I said that's fine I'm 10mins away anyway. As I got off the train at midnight was sent a text saying my taxi has arrived. I called the base to ask where is my taxi. Only to be told by some DISGUSTING RUDE CHAV that I am wasting time and the driver has gone I asked could they send another one and another dirty chav had told me it's going to be approximately 2 hours!!! Guys your better off using GO CARS or A UBER avoiding these minimum waged part timers!
Had a very rude driver last night. Rude on the phone to me and then rude when the person he collected was in the car. He pulled his car over and told the passenger to get out and then demanded the full price of the journey even though he didn't take him all the way? The passenger refused to pay and paid him a little less than the expected fee. After this the driver sped off. We had plans to use these taxis 5 nights a week, every other week but not now. We will be going to another service. Absolutely disgraceful when someone moans about their job. They're Ok being paid for it but don't like doing the actual work? Shocking. I'd like to add that the phone staff haven't ever been rude, a little 'I can't be arsed attitude' to their tone but not particularly rude.
