   Ordered a taxi for 3.30 we were meeting friends in town at 3.45. I had to call twice to chase turned up at 4. Don't waste your time we thought we would use a local business used Uber for same journey back came in 2 mins and was £4 cheaper.

   Three of us were attending a wedding at Six Ashes village near Bridgnorth. We needed two pick up’s in central Bridgnorth & then to be taken to the church early afternoon. Around midnight, after the evening reception, we needed the reverse journey. We booked all this in advance via the telephone. The wedding was the Spring Bank Holiday weekend & despite the firm being very, very busy with local trade they really looked after us & were fantastic! Excellent safe drivers who were really friendly & chatty. Super efficient service, punctual, reliable, clean cars & an excellent price. A big thank you to all the staff/drivers for looking after the “non locals” so well.

   Rang for taxi Ohh very difficult to get a taxi from brignorth They were very pleasant on phone said try another cab firm. Locals in pub said taxis are impossible to get Now get mate to drive or get the bus back

   I rang in November to book a taxi for New Year’s Eve, well in advance because I knew there would be high demand nearer the time. I was asked by a female to ring back around the middle of December because they weren’t taking bookings for New Year’s Eve at that time. The woman provisionally took my details though. I rang back on the 15th of December to be told I was still too early and that I should ring back around the 19th. Again the woman said that she had my details. I rang on the 19th and she said she wasn’t in the office and she would call me back. I said that I was at work so she said she would leave me an answerphone message confirming the booking. When I got out of work there was no message so I rang to find out what was happening and the phone rang and then it appeared that someone hung up. I attempted to call several times after, but no one was answering. The next day my partner rang on a different number and she was answered and she made it known her relationship to me. The woman informed my partner that they were fully booked for New Year’s Eve. My partner said that it wasn’t very good because I had been trying to book for over a month and I’d been strung along. The woman said that ‘people don’t realise that we only have three taxis’, which is a poor excuse for the way in which we were treated and nothing more than an excuse. We will not use these bunch of clowns again because to be fair I don’t think they could run a bath. If they operate like this and treat people like we’ve been treated they’ll soon have no taxis because they’ll be out of business.

   Excellent service, phoned to book a return taxi to the Bridgnorth beer festival on Thursday night, the lady on the phone even wished us a lovely evening, the driver called beforehand to make sure his directions were right, turned up early, picked us up afterwards on the dot of 11pm. A very very reasonable charge for the trip, will definitely use this company again.
