    Really shocked at the disgusting treatment by the reception lady at this taxi service. She was rude, talked over me & was not at all helpful. After having a go at me over the phone for a simple mistake, I was then treated to hearing her talk about me when the driver called the office as she didn’t realise she was on speakerphone. Absolutely vile customer service. Thankfully the driver was very kind & acknowledged the awful position I was in, he was a credit to them. However I am away with work having opened a new site here & will need the support of taxis over the coming weeks, nI now I know to let our company know to stay well clear of this taxi service!!

    With the recent train mishaps Brummies have always been there to get to my meetings in Wolverhampton and Birmingham on time. All drivers have been so friendly. Will keep using every time in in Cannock

    Worst taxi experience ever! They were late, I had to chase them twice to see if it was on the way - but now wished they hadn’t come at all!! They dropped me and a friend first leaving 2 other female friends in the taxi. After we had walked away he accused us of damaging the taxi and wouldn’t take the other girls anywhere until they had paid £60!! There was absolutely no damage at all! Complete liars, I would advise everyone not to use them!

    Arrived on time nice clean taxi. They quoted us for a drop then changed the price when we got to the destination and the operator said he don’t recall quoting any price. We did have one extra drop but wouldn’t justify the £6 price on top. Avoid.

    Use these when at Wetherspoons or generally Hednesford area. Good service and decent drivers. They don't rip you off like the taxis that are unmarked. They are linked to Aero Taxis which is probably why their service has improved drastically
