   Every time I’ve visited Nottinghamshire Deaf Society in Nottingham, I’ve been met with incredible warmth, kindness and support from the staff. I’ve always felt safe and truly listened to. Each visit left me with a head full of useful information and a heart full of comfort. My daughter and I received both practical and emotional support that we really needed. I’ve attended several meetings, and every single one had a wonderful atmosphere — full of understanding, inclusion and a real sense of belonging. It’s a truly special community with amazing people and fantastic opportunities. I’m so grateful for everything they do!

   100% recommend NDS for British Sign Language training. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, and make learning a new language fun and interesting. The whole team is supportive of your learning journey and always happy to help. NDS is Signature accredited and offers Levels 1-6 in classes. The ability to pay for the classes in instalments is a game changer and opens up the courses to more people’s If you are considering learning BSL, don’t hesitate to sign up to level 1 with NDS!
