   I had a very good, professional service from App Carz with driver Asim taking me from Walsall to Leighton Buzzard. Asim was friendly, alert on the road late at night (unlike Uber). He even asked if I wanted to plug my phone in and asked if he should wait in the car until I get into my flat safe. Top quality service!

   DO NOT USE THE COMPANY. UTTER JOKE. Very unreliable and rude opetators. Booked a taxi for 1.30 pm. Telephoned them as they were very late. I was advised he would be about 5 minutes. He turned up at 2.10. The driver then proceeded to take the longest route possible to my destination....didnt realise Wolverhampton was so difficult to get to from Bloxwich! 40 minutes late getting to where I needed to be. Would have been quicker off on the bus. Questions for the company...Why take advance bookings if you are not going to turn up on time? Opetators need to goon a basic cutomer service course

   Awful service. Driver didn't speak much English, gave him the postcode which he put in Google maps and he still kept asking us all the way how to get there, we said we dodnt know just follow the map a few he still kept asking us. He kept his full beam on throughout the journey and other drivers kept flashing him. He kept getting in the wrong lane and even with us explaining to move over he wouldnt..Awful time. Would not use.

   Booked my son a taxi from Walsall home after he finished work (achy legs ),and with the unreliable buses he missed his bus and would have to walk 11mins home from a alternate route. Said would pay in car but he asked my son up front which isn’t usually the policy. Also he didn’t know where he was going and kept asking my son for directions. I gave my son cash when he pulled up and he driver tipped himself a pound. Glad you like to thieve of a young adult who trying to earn that could be his bus money or lunch money. Be wary of your change!

   Meant to be the best taxi service in walsall is it bollox. Operator spoke to my misses with so much disrespect that I would of slapped him calling 4 people a liar saying taxi driver turned up when it didn't was in so much denial. When I mentioned I had a camera he got all defensive and raised his voice. Not professional at all. Don't use this company use go carz or 247 taxis. App carz have no respect and need to be taught some respect.
