Such bad respons of booking a taxi so un professional let me talk about the day i was wanting a day and time then said i cant do it
First class service, arrived on time, really friendly driver. Got home safely. Will highly recommend and use again when in the area.
Well. Very disappointed this morning. Have used AJS for years. Needed a lift from station. Been up all night flying. No reply. Called mobile which was used to call me prior to my departure. I said ‘hi is that AJs’, ‘you’ve just woke me up, this is my personal number - you’ll have to phone the office’. Whilst I get that we all need our time out and may have been up all night (like myself), I thought the response was very rude and uncalled for. Maybe don’t use your personal number to contact people who may mistake this for a work mobile !! Not my fault and just trying to give you business. Called ‘the office again’ - ranting man ‘I’m on my own, got to do this and that’ ok but maybe a little more customer service. At the end of the day, customers pay you for the service you provide for them. Unfortunately after this rudeness, I’ll be using someone else in future. Shame as they’ve always been polite and reliable.
Got to say I was worried as i hadn't used a private hire service for years and a lot was relying on them being on time. Need not have worried A Js was indeed on time and provided a swift and friendly service.
Travel to Birmingham airport and return home . exactly as it should be . no problems whatsoever. reccomended. will use again.
