   We were completely amazed by Planet Bounce, it's big, but not too big that you've lost your kids, there's a long dual soft play that's a perfect size for a 3 year old. The inflatables were spread out and not busy/crowded (Sunday in-between Christmas and new year). It was good value for money as it's a 2 hour slot, and £40 for a family of four. There were staff inside the inflatable zone constantly, either to help children or monitor etc. The soft play/inflatable area were clean, visibly and how it felt (including the toilets and the eating are) which was a breath of fresh air. There are plenty of working lockers that were easy to use, the only gripe was as we entered there were no staff anywhere, we had booked tickets but could easily have just walked in and pretended that we had already paid. Overall thoughly impressed and already planning on going back again.

   Very disappointing experience. On Google, Planet Bounce themselves have posted photos showing trampolines, which led us to believe this was a trampoline park. When we arrived, we were shocked to find that it was just a bouncy castle. This is absolute false advertising and extremely misleading. When we raised concerns about how much the tickets and everything cost, the staff were sarcastic and pedantic, pointing out that we “technically didn’t need to buy jump socks” instead of offering an apology or any kind of solution. This attitude was incredibly unprofessional. On top of that, the workers were quite rude and unhelpful. When we raised our concerns, we were told they “wouldn’t give a refund” despite the situation being an absolute disgrace. Completely unacceptable and not at all what was advertised. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

   My children are now 8 and 10, and we’ve been bringing them here since our eldest was just 6 months old. Our preference was how it used to be; we don’t visit as often anymore, but we’ve shared many happy moments and enjoyed lots of fun, good-quality family time here. It’s a great place for both children and adults to burn off energy, and for families to spend enjoyable time together, which ultimately outweighs the cost. There is one lift next to the stairs that accommodates a single pram and one adult, or a wheelchair. The stairs aren’t steep. Although it can get busy, we’ve never had trouble finding a seat, and there are lockers available to store valuables. We encountered one rude staff member a few years ago, but never since. On one occasion, my son had a minor accident, and a member of staff—a blonde woman with slightly frizzy hair who wears it up—was absolutely lovely. She made sure my child was okay and was quick to help with anything he needed. She was genuinely kind and caring. My children have always had a fantastic time at Planet Bounce. That said, I do feel it has lost a bit of its “umph” over time. ---

   Horrible customer service. Had to explain that some people have a child that is 5 and under and another child over 5 but they said they are not allowed on together during the under 5s. Staff then argued with me for even going down to supervise my under 5 even though I didn't even go on (and despite seeing several children on between 5-12). Will never come back or allow my kids to go to parties here since staff think its appropriate to publicly argue with parents at kids parties. Better off going to trampoline parks which understand parenting.

   Nice & clean kids absolutely loved running around having fun. Nice set up my advice is purchase for a 2hour session as 1hour goes by way to fast. Food & drinks available. You can also book ahead of time & registration can be done online before arrival to avoid any long queues.

   Great fun for big kids and loved by my 9 year old. However, it’s advertised as suitable for 0+ and the website still details a toddler area. We paid toddler prices- £7.50 for an hour - but the toddler area has been removed as the inflatable area has been refurbished and extended, unfortunately the main area wasn’t really suitable/safe for my 16 month old anymore due to the amount of people and with all the big kids and adults running wild having fun (rightly so!) so we won’t be taking the little again, but will be back with the large ☺️ Great little cafe and pretty clean facilities!

   Do not come here hungover thinking you can wear the kids out for a while. Although the cafe is great (touch expensive) the food is nice (breakfast roll was excellent), with clean toilets, very reasonably priced and viccy center car park across the road..... it is LOUD and brighter than the surface of the sun in the waiting area. Definitely not the sort of place to be suffering from last night.

   Great place for kids. I needed something to keep my 5 year old daughter entertained during our time in Nottingham as statues and buildings weren't doing the trick. Silly me, I didn't realize we needed to book online ahead of time, but fortunately the gentleman at the front directed us to the website and we were able to book online without any issues. After that, my daughter had a blast jumping and climbing.

   Great fun with the kids at planet fun. Did not expect the entire ground to be made from a bouncy castle. I think I may have had more fun than them. It wasn't too busy when we went but I definitely recommend as an activity while in Nottingham. They also have an area for under 4's.

   What great value for money!! I live in London and there is no way we would pay £9.50 for 2 hours in a place like this! We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! I definitely think you should branch out to more locations.. start down in Enfield and you'll definitely get a visit from us again! Everything seemed clean and secure. Even the toilets were clean considering a lot of children use them. We got a table upstairs when we needed a drink and the kids had a slush. We'll definitely visit you again when we come back. Thanks for having us Planet Bounce!!
